Costa Rica Real Estate market is a though nut to crack, the activity is not regulated whatsoever therefore is up to the real estate agents to create groups and cooperate with their fellow coleagues. I just realize this is kind of a weird way to start this blog but let's see where it leads.
The tasks and chores of a costa rica real estate agent doesn't fall very far from the taks and chores of a north american real estate agent but the conditions of the market add certain complexity...In overall being a real estate agent in Costa Rica is an adveture and my intention with this blog besides sharing news and other important facts about the country and the business is to get you inside the day to day events that our agents, myself included go through and hopefully on the process you will be able to get a glimpse of this beautiful country.
